October 1998: Beijing HSD Titanium Catalyst Co., Ltd. was incorporated.
April 2002: Beijing HSD Titanium Petrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated.
June 2003: HSD Automation Technology Company was incorporated.
February 1999: HSD’s proprietary catalyst products were first used by Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Company.
March 1999: HSD started to participate in the National Torch Program.
August 2000: Certification with ISO9000 Quality Assurance System.
October 2000: Distribution agreement concluded with Criterion.
January 2001: Agency agreement concluded with Shell Global Solutions.
January 2002: ISO9001 Quality Assurance System certification.
April 2002: Criterion’s Hydrogenation catalyst used as the product agent by PetroChina Jinxi Petrochemical Company sold by HSD as Agent.
August 2003: HSD started to undertake the national 863 program sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
June 2004: New HSD Office Building completed in Beijing Development Zone. HSD turned a brand new page of its business operations.
