Beijing Haishunde Titanium Catalyst Co. Ltd was incorporated in October1998. It is a high & new-tech enterprise with a registered capital of RMB20 million.
The company focuses on the petrochemical industry and specializes in scientific research, production and marketing of oil and petrochemical technologies and environmentally friendly catalyst products.
HSD which has ISO9001 certification is currently the only specialist company engaged in the industrial production of a series of titanium dioxide carrier catalysts. The company has long persisted in market-oriented strategic research and development and constantly increases investment in new product development. HSD has obtained patents for its titanium dioxide carrier technology in China and USA. Its major product, a titanium-based catalyst developed using the patented technology, has  the advantages of high activity in normal conditions, good activity in low-temperatures and better resistance to toxic contamination compared to traditional aluminum-based catalysts. These qualities give it a competitive edge. The main products of HSD have all been assessed by the State Science & Technology Committee as “National Innovative Products” after their application in the industry. In 2003, HSD has undertaken the “863” research program sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology. 
The company acts as the agent for the hydrogenation catalyst of Criterion Corporation of the United States, the world’s largest supplier of hydrogenation catalyst, with a 40% share of the hydrogenation refined catalyst world market. Cooperation with Criterion has helped HSD in constantly enhancing its proprietary technologies and products.
Major products of HSD include: Hydrotreating Catalysts, Hydrocracking Catalysts and Pretreating Catalysts for Catalytic Reforming. Customers include major subsidiaries of PetroChina and Sinopec.
